A pharma carton carries more regulation per square centimetre than almost any other printed object: composition, batch and expiry panels, MRP block, barcode, schedule warnings, manufacturer and marketer details, licence numbers. We build the artwork on the exact dieline for your pack size, place every mandatory element where the regulator and the packing line expect it, and check the text against your product specification before it goes anywhere near a press.
Because we also print, the artwork is prepared for the board, the coating and the finishing you will actually use. Duplex or SBS board, aqueous or UV coating, foil, embossing and spot UV are decided at the design stage, not discovered at the press.
Most carton work repeats: a composition changes, an MRP is revised, a new SKU joins the range. Your artwork stays organised with us, so a revision is one panel and a reprint, not a rebuild.

Questions
Can you match our existing cartons?
Yes. Send a printed sample or the old files. We rebuild on a clean dieline, keep the family look and fix anything that was wrong.
Do you print small runs?
Yes. Digital for short runs and physician samples, offset for volume. Quote both if you are unsure.
Do you supply the dieline?
We work from your converter’s dieline or draw one for a standard pack size. Custom structures are drawn and proofed as a white dummy first.
