How we handle your information.

Enquiries. What you type into the enquiry form, and any file you attach, is stored privately on our server so that we can respond. Enquiry details are also sent through our email provider; reference files remain in private storage. We do not sell enquiry data.

Analytics. This site records page views and clicks on contact buttons on our own server. We also use Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion measurement to understand which advertising brings enquiries; these set cookies and send data to Google. Campaign labels, including advertising click identifiers, are kept in your browser for up to 90 days and are attached to our own record of your page views, contact-button clicks and enquiry. Our own server-side records and that browser storage respect browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals; Google's tags do not. The application analytics log uses a daily visitor hash rather than storing your IP address. Hosting and security services may keep their own operational logs.

To ask about your enquiry data or request deletion, contact us using the email below. We retain job records where needed to fulfil requests and maintain business records.
