Process
Brief to dispatch, one point of contact.
No hand-offs between a design agency and a separate printer. Artwork, proofs and production are coordinated through one team.
Brief
Send what you have: product name, composition, claims, an old carton, a competitor’s visual aid, the quantity and the date. A WhatsApp voice note is a fine brief. We clarify the details needed to scope the job.

Plan
We propose the format (page count, fold, pack size, standee size), the paper or board, the finish and a price. For a launch kit we plan all the pieces together so they match.
Format and scope
Artwork
Layout on the correct dieline or page plan, with your identity applied properly. You see a PDF, mark corrections, and we revise. The quotation sets out the scope and revision terms.
Schedule agreed per job
Proof
A colour-managed PDF proof for literature; a printed proof or white dummy for cartons and new structures. Nothing is imposed until you sign off.
Approval before production
Print & finish
Offset for volume, digital for short runs. Coating, lamination, foil, die-cutting, gluing, binding, as planned at step 2.
Schedule agreed per job
Pack & dispatch
Counted, packed and dispatched by courier or transport across South India, or delivered in Bengaluru. Your files stay organised with us for the reprint.
Delivery agreed per job
Planning your deadline
Tell us the date you need the finished material, the quantity and whether the artwork is ready. We will confirm the production and delivery schedule with your quote.
New artwork, special finishes and changes after approval can affect the schedule. For repeat jobs, send the previous job reference so we can check the files.
What makes it go faster
- Approved regulatory text from your QA before artwork starts.
- Vector logos and any brand guidelines you have.
- One person on your side who can approve.
- Quantities decided early, so paper and board are ordered in time.
Ready to start? Send the brief.
Send the brief on WhatsApp or through the form. We discuss the format, artwork, quantity and delivery you need, then prepare your quote.
